Several racers requested that we create an introductory event to 1) help you get oriented to this course area, 2) simulate the sport for those new to adventure racing, 3) train with your teammates. So here you go. We will meet in the parking lot near the mountain biking trail head. We will start promptly at 1:00 at the pavilion, by reviewing gear, maps, a short navigation clinic and AR tricks. Then you will bike and run with your team or with new friends. We will provide maps and a short course with checkpoints (CPs.)
