Skills clinic and 4 hour fun adventure race. Lake Norman State Park, Troutman, NC. Activities include canoeing, mountain biking, trail running or hiking, special challenges, and orienteering.
5th annual. Benefit for Diabetes and the US event. National Whitewater Center.
The focus of the clinic is to share the essential skills of navigation (using a compass and utms), gear, food, teammates, and techniques for success in each aspect of our sport. A lengthy resource manual will be sent to all participants prior to the clinic.
Group camping is available Friday and/or Saturday night at no cost. Fee includes online registration, canoes and instructional material. (What a deal!) Bring a friend or come meet your future teammates! All you need to bring are sneakers, a bike, and a smile!
